Vocational Integration Specialist #

Your tasks

• Responsibility for AI office mandates in the field of internal professional measures and case management
• Administrative tasks, notably the writing of reports and the documentation of case progress
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with different specialized services and interest groups, notably the AI offices, support persons, therapists, social services, relatives and internal specialists
• Case management and support for integration measures
• Support in professional coaching and vocational integration
• Acquisition of new partner companies as well as development and maintenance of existing contacts for internships and other employment opportunities
• Participation in various projects and taking charge of tasks related to projects

Your profile

• Experience in the field of vocational integration
• Ideally continuing education in Supported Employment or a degree in psychology or social work
• In-depth knowledge in the field of social security, notably in disability insurance (AI), as well as in the Swiss educational landscape
• Experience in supporting and collaborating with people having mental disorders
• High capacity for self-organization, flexibility and structured working methods
• Taste for a versatile function as a nerve center and for collaboration with different interest groups
• Excellent communication skills, associated with empathy, social skills and an engaging presentation
