Your responsibility

• You treat children and adolescents in individual and group settings and carry out the associated documentation
• You work closely with special education teachers, social educators, nursing, parents as well as external doctors and clinics
• You plan and carry out physiotherapeutic treatments for students from kindergarten level to final classes (age 4 - 20 years)
• You write reports and document the course of therapy professionally in our school system Escola
• You advise on the selection, adjustment and use of orthopedic aids and wheelchairs

Your background

• Completed training as Dipl. Physiotherapeut:in FH or with SRK recognition (for foreign diplomas)
• Ideally, you bring experience in pediatrics (children's physiotherapy) or neurology
• You are patient, empathetic, creative in therapy design and maintain an overview even in lively situations
• You value interdisciplinary cooperation and communicate clearly and appreciatively
• good user knowledge of the Microsoft operating system (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) and advantageously knowledge in other software solutions such as Abacus and Escola

The KPTF Kompetenzzentrum Pädagogik | Therapie | Förderung is a specialist center of the Canton of Baselland for children and adolescents with physical, visual and multiple disabilities in Northwestern Switzerland. Our school center offers children and adolescents a comprehensive training range with daily structures and various therapy offers in the separative and integrative sector, as well as in special education early childhood education.
