The city of Illnau-Effretikon - located between Winterthur and Zurich - offers, with its rural and urban areas, its hamlets, its centers and the historic village of Kyburg, attractive conditions for its approximately 18 000 inhabitants.

The real estate sector is responsible for the construction and management of real estate (buildings and land) for its own needs as well as for financial heritage objects leased to third parties. The real estate strategy of the municipal council, which pursues objectives of appropriate, economical and ecological use, is decisive. The municipal real estate portfolio is very diversified and includes, in addition to administrative buildings, school properties, leisure and workshop facilities, the center for elderly people as well as various residential buildings.

To complete the team, we are looking for a service-oriented person immediately or by arrangement as

YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE :

• commercial management using the specialized applications Abalmmo and Abacus in collaboration with the specialist manager in commercial real estate management and the finance department.
• administrative support within the real estate sector.

YOUR PROFILE MATCHES PERFECTLY IF YOU :

• have successfully completed the training as a real estate manager and possess initial professional experience.
• know tenancy law and have experience with the specialized application AbaImmo.
