Lucerne Festival is a leading international music organizer and offers an annual festival in summer, two short festivals in spring, and one in autumn. Lucerne Festival is characterized by innovative programming, the presentation of world-famous orchestras, conductors, and soloists, the integration of contemporary music, and the promotion of young artists.

Sales & Guest Service Employee 80%

Tasks

• Acquisition and support of various customer groups
• Ticket sales, customer information, and advice on program content in the back office and at the concert box office
• Cooperation in the processing of orders
• Support in the development of offers and their billing
• Administrative tasks in the back office (e.g., ticket handling, shipping, billing, reminders, maintenance of the customer database)
• Support for the Head of Sales & Guest Service in processing customer feedback
• Support for guest care on-site during the festivals, including weekend and evening shifts

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Joy in building and maintaining new business relationships
• You have a quick grasp, are a team player, and are resilient
• You are used to working independently, structured, and carefully
• You are fluent in German and know how to express yourself well in English, any further foreign language is an advantage
• You bring good IT user skills
• Commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations) are natural for you; you enjoy working in a dynamic festival operation.
• You are enthusiastic about classical and contemporary music
