• Responsibility for the professional, personnel, and administrative management of the endoscopy nursing team and MPA secretariat
• Promotion, development, and support of employees in their professional and personal development
• Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented treatment and care
• Active participation in daily operational business, including on-call duty
• Promotion of interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation

What you bring with you ##

• Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, DN II or equivalent foreign qualification with SRK recognition
• Several years of leadership and endoscopy experience
• Advantageous to have completed leadership training or willingness to complete such
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and modern understanding of leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
