Our client is an established organization in the healthcare sector with a professional payroll team. Now support temporarily as Assistant Payroll Accounting 70-100%!

Due to an increased volume of work and to support year-end planning, we are looking for a temporary reinforcement for around four months, starting immediately or by arrangement. The place of work is conveniently located and very well accessible, especially by public transport. A collegial environment with modern working conditions and the possibility to work partly from home after the initial training period awaits you.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Maintenance and processing of payroll-relevant master data as well as all changes in payroll
• Recording of salary advances, child allowances, voluntary allowances, and expenses
• Participation in the monthly payroll run for hourly and monthly wages according to the four-eyes principle
• If interested, you will take over the processing of accident and daily sickness benefits settlements
• With a strong flair for numbers, you will support the reconciliation between financial and payroll accounting

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial basic training as well as initial experience in payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of Abacus will facilitate your entry into this function
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• A reliable and structured way of working as well as confidential handling of personnel data characterize you
• Availability for a temporary assignment of around four months
