The Verein Chupferhammer (chupferhammer.ch) offers living and working spaces in four cantons for people in need of support. For the Wohngemeinschaft Steinenbach in Ebnat-Kappel, we are looking for a committed personality following a retirement per 1 March 2027, who will take on personnel, professional, and organizational responsibility together with the existing co-management as
Co-Management Shared Housing 80%
Six adults with disabilities live and work in the Wohngemeinschaft Steinenbach. In everyday life, you will, as unit management together with the eight employees, accompany and shape the living and working space.

Your tasks

Responsibility for the shared housing together with the co-management according to the mission statement and the principles established in quality management
Leadership and further development of a team of eight committed employees
Individual accompaniment, support, and counseling of the people with disabilities who live and work in the shared housing
Design of living and working spaces in the sense of the UN-BRK, oriented towards the needs of the supported persons
Promotion of participation, co-determination, and involvement
Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist centers, medical and therapeutic specialist centers, and the social environment
Communication with relatives, legal representatives, and the neighborhood
Economic, organizational, and administrative tasks within the framework of unit management

Your profile

Completed tertiary education in the social or health sector
Leadership experience and corresponding further training or the willingness to complete it
Identification with the Chupferhammer concept and pleasure in implementing it together with the supported persons and the team in everyday life
Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and in working in co-management
Ability to strengthen and further develop employees in their competencies and talents
A resource- and development-oriented attitude, even when dealing with challenging behavior
Independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to exercise responsibility in the sense of subsidiarity
Resilient, flexible, empathetic, and appreciative professional and leadership personality
Willingness for different working hours as well as evening, weekend, and on-call services
