YOUR TASKS

• You independently and professionally undertake maintenance, intermediate, and basic cleaning work
• You share the daily responsibility with another specialist and take it over alternately
• As the daily responsibility, you coordinate the necessary cleaning work and ensure that the specified quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
• You prepare the discharge list and ensure that the upcoming discharge cleanings are carried out accordingly
• You support the team with daily cleaning work and are a reliable contact person for questions
• In the absence of supervisors, you organize personnel shortages or absences and ensure a smooth flow of daily business
• In the daily responsibility, you are responsible for the cleanliness and order of the laundry room as well as for the professional washing and processing of the laundry generated daily
• You are co-responsible for the maintenance of devices and machines as well as for the management of the warehouse
• You recognize deficiencies, damage, or special situations early, initiate the necessary measures, and report them to the responsible department
• You support the implementation of quality controls and contribute to the continuous assurance of cleaning quality
• You work closely with the various professional groups and departments and ensure the flow of information
• You take on special tasks as needed and support organizational and operational concerns
• You work efficiently, economically, and responsibly with materials, devices, and resources
• Additionally, you take on an assignment on Sunday once or twice a month
• Two to three times per year, you take on an on-call assignment from Saturday to Sunday

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You bring sound professional experience in the housekeeping area, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
• Commitment and willingness to learn, as well as quality awareness, are among your strengths
• You work independently, reliably, and are helpful
• You are organizationally skilled, set priorities correctly, and can react flexibly even to short-term changes
• You keep a cool head and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• You have a strong awareness of hygiene and safety
• Teamwork skills and joy in cooperating with employees from different cultures characterize you
• You work in a customer-, service-, and service-oriented manner and enjoy taking on responsibility
• A well-groomed appearance as well as very good German skills round off your profile
