For our purchasing team, we are looking for temporary support in operational purchasing. The role is ideal for individuals with sound experience in operational day-to-day business, good SAP knowledge, and solid English skills at a basic level. The task initially involves taking over existing ordering processes and develops gradually into more comprehensive operational responsibility.

Your tasks
Taking over and processing existing orders in the SAP system
Obtaining all necessary information for order triggering
Creation and dispatch of orders to suppliers
After successful training: Obtaining and following up on order confirmations, clarifying deviations with suppliers, gradual takeover of further downstream tasks in operational purchasing
Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g., scheduling, logistics, specialist departments)
Your profile
Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
Confident handling of SAP (MM or comparable modules)
English skills at a basic level (for simple communication with suppliers)
Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
High service orientation and strong communication skills
After successful completion of the temporary assignment, a transition into a permanent position may be considered.
