Your responsibility

• For our school, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality who, together with their job partner, forms the administrative hub of our school.
• In this versatile function, you will support the school management in organizational and communicative matters and contribute significantly to smooth school operations.
• You will manage the master data of students and teachers in our school administration solution SAL and conduct diverse correspondence.
• You are co-responsible for the issuance of contracts for the school management and the employees, as well as for the organization of teacher substitutions.
• For careful training, an introduction starting from 1 March 2027 with a reduced workload is planned. This ensures an optimal handover and a successful start.

Your background

• You handle administrative tasks reliably and independently with your precise way of working, are highly team-oriented, flexible, and possess the ability to think in networks.
• With your training in the commercial field, you bring sound knowledge and are proficient in using MS Office and SAP-based databases.
• Ideally, you already have experience with the school administration solution (SAL) of the Canton Basel-Landschaft.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholder groups. Social competence and empathy are important to you.
• High discretion and resilience are required.

Sekundarschule Allschwil

The Sekundarschule Allschwil comprises 38 classes with around 750 students, who are taught by approximately 100 teachers. Our school runs three ability tracks (A, E and P), small classes, and a foreign language class. Both social-pedagogical and special-pedagogical structures help to support the learning setting.
