Our approximately 90 employees are the decisive factor for our success. For our HR, we are looking for a committed personality who not only performs administrative tasks reliably, but also enjoys accompanying people, supporting managers, and actively developing our personnel work.

Your tasks – taking responsibility and achieving impact

• Take holistic responsibility for HR tasks: You manage all personnel processes from entry to exit and ensure professional, efficient, and reliable processing.
• Accompany people: You are a competent contact person for employees and managers, listen, advise, and find sustainable solutions.
• Strengthen managers: You support personnel decisions, employee appraisals, and in demanding situations - constructively, solution-oriented, and with a clear stance.
• Attract talent: You are responsible for recruitment and design a professional onboarding.
• Ensure administration: You process contracts, certificates, absences, social insurances, and payroll-relevant changes.
• Promote personnel development: You coordinate further training and support the targeted development of our employees.
• Drive changes: You question existing processes, develop HR processes further, and actively contribute your own ideas.
• Think entrepreneurially: You recognize the need for action, develop solutions, and support the management with well-founded assessments and HR key figures.

Your profile – competence meets personality

• You have a sound HR education and several years of professional experience in a comparable function.
• You are proficient in Swiss labor and social insurance law.
• You enjoy working independently, in a structured manner, and with a high standard of quality.
• You possess a good sense for people, can listen, and can bring different interests together.
• You have backbone: You also address difficult topics openly, respectfully, and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You think entrepreneurially: You recognize connections, set priorities, and do not lose sight of the big picture.
• You are a personality who builds trust, takes responsibility, and supports decisions.
• You are AI-affine: You recognize the opportunities of artificial intelligence and use modern AI tools in a targeted manner to make HR processes more efficient, intelligent, and future-oriented.
• You are proficient in social media: You know the relevant platforms, especially LinkedIn, and know how to use them effectively for recruitment, employer branding, and the positioning of our company as an attractive employer.
