Your tasks:

• Greeting and looking after guests in the restaurant, at events and meetings
• You have a pronounced service mindset
• Taking orders and advising guests on the selection of food and drinks
• Ensuring a smooth workflow in the service area through close cooperation in the team and independent working
• Preparation and setting of tables as well as maintenance of the assigned work area to create a pleasant atmosphere.
• Processing guest feedback and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

Your qualifications:

• Friendly and professional appearance with a pronounced service orientation
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and to adapt flexibly to different situations
• Good communication skills in German; further language skills are an advantage
• Readiness for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
