HR Recruitment Specialist

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a
60-80% - at least 4 days per week for our HR team

• You find the right talents: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for specialists and managers, from the job advertisement to the successful hire.
• You are a sparring partner and first point of contact: You advise our line managers regarding recruitment, contribute your expertise, and find the appropriate solutions together with them.
• You bring fresh wind: With your creativity and new impulses, you further develop our recruiting and employer branding activities to win the best talents in the healthcare sector for us.
• On-boarding: You are responsible for our interdisciplinary induction day and continuously develop it further.

Your profile:

• You are an open, communicative personality who brings real added value to the team with your positive nature and your intuition for people.
• You have a commercial basic education, further training in HR or recruiting is desirable.
• You bring several years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• You have business-fluent German skills.
