Your tasks
Independent planning, organizing as well as implementing resource-oriented activation and everyday activity design
Responsibility for seasonal decoration in the house
Planning and coordination with external partners
Leading and coordinating volunteer staff
Planning and implementation of excursions and events
What you bring with you
You have training as an Activation Specialist HF or a training
Practical experience in long-term care
You are a warm and humorous personality
Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are natural for you
