We supply both specialist butcher shops and retail across Switzerland with the best quality in fresh meat, meat specialties, and convenience products. Your challenge: ##

• You will strengthen our sales team and be in daily contact with our customers throughout Switzerland (active telephone sales).
• You will record both telephone and written orders in our ERP system (CSB).
• General administrative tasks such as returns and surcharges are also part of your area of responsibility.
• Additionally, you will take on the relief function at the telephone exchange and at the reception.
• You are responsible for the route printing for our drivers.
• You receive the cash from our drivers.
• You are willing to perform your working hours from Wednesday to Saturday.

Your profile: ##

• You are a sales professional, preferably with completed training in the commercial sector or retail, and have already been able to gain relevant experience in telephone sales.
• You are highly customer-oriented, strong in closing, and success-oriented.
• You are resilient, flexible, reliable, open, and enjoy sharing successes with the team.
• You are a personality with strong communication skills, working with high motivation, independence, and initiative.
• Your native language is German or French, with good knowledge of the respective other language. Italian knowledge is a plus.
• You bring user knowledge of ERP and MS-Office.
