Temporary nursing specialists sought (FaGe / HF) dementia ward

For a centrally located, modern nursing institution in the city of Bern, we are looking for committed support for a temporary assignment on a specialized dementia ward, starting immediately. The workload and duration of assignment can be individually agreed upon.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as FaGe or nursing specialist HF
• Experience in dealing with people suffering from dementia is an advantage
• Patience, empathy and strong social competence
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a lively environment

Tasks ##

• Professional care and nursing of people with dementia
• Creating an appreciative and structured everyday life
• Observation and assessment of changes in health status
• Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team
• Careful nursing documentation
