La municipalité de Montreux is advertising a position as:

Main tasks:

• Welcoming customers
• Managing the cash register and performing the programming of access titles, the collection and management of data
• Carrying out various administrative tasks, such as statistics, inventories, correspondence, invoices, orders, daily processing of the reception email inbox, etc.
• Respecting and enforcing the swimming pool regulations
• Replacing, if necessary, another cashier in case of absences

Desired profile:

• Holder of a certificate of professional training (AFP) as a commercial employee or retail assistant, or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a reception, cash register and/or administration position
• Interest in numbers and accounting
• Sense of responsibility and availability
• Good organizational skills
• Ease in telephone contacts
• Interpersonal skills, sense of public service and relational ease
• Ability to adapt and capacity to work in a team
• Mastery of MS Office tools and knowledge of a cash register software, preferably Skidata, an asset
• Excellent oral and written mastery of French
• Good knowledge of English, an asset

Special conditions:

• Irregular hours and indispensable presence on weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Extract from the debt collection office to be provided upon hiring
• Standard and special criminal record extracts to be provided upon hiring
