The administrative office forms the service center of the Kirchgemeinde Zürich. In total, the parish employs around 500 employees. To support our motivated HR team, we are looking for a committed personality as an HR Specialist (40%) as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks * You write job references with tact, care, and high quality and stand by our managers as a competent contact person for advice * You support our recruitment specialist in the entire recruitment process from the advertisement to the hiring and undertake deputy and holiday cover tasks every Thursday and Friday * You ensure a professional and timely process of your administrative HR processes and always maintain an overview * You communicate professionally and appropriately to the target group with employees, managers, and external stakeholders * You actively contribute to the further development and digitalization of our HR processes. Your profile * Commercial basic training with federal HR specialist certificate or equivalent training * Several years of experience in the field of personnel, ideally in a public law or comparable environment * High IT affinity as well as proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications * Committed, service-oriented personality with pronounced communication skills and a confident appearance * Stylish German in spoken and written form as well as enjoyment in helping to shape processes and continuously improving them.
