Your tasks

• Organization and administration: You coordinate appointments, take minutes, create presentations, and handle general correspondence
• Support for the executive management: You support the executive management, among other things, in organizational and administrative activities
• Event organization: You are responsible for the organization of various events, meetings, and trips at home and abroad
• Projects: You process projects independently and also take over the leadership of projects
• Process improvements: You perform administrative tasks and further develop internal processes
• Cultural promotion & projects: You support event coordination and take over back-office tasks in the field of cultural promotion

Your profile

• Education: Commercial basic training EFZ with further training (ideally as an Executive Assistant with a federal diploma)
• Experience: You bring professional experience in the administrative field, preferably in healthcare, as well as very good MS Office skills and stylish communication in German
• Personality: You are service-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and resilient, and you enjoy versatile tasks
