We wish to recruit a Banking Lawyer fr-eng for a 7 month mission within a private bank.

Mission :
-------------

• Analysis, update and drafting of contracts and contractual documentation during the launch of new financial products or banking service offers
• Legal support regarding Cross Borders
• Participate in the management/follow-up of successions, disputes and client claims
• Occasional support for financing requests, preparation of contracts, conditions and legal documentation

Profile
----------

• Bar exam in Swiss Law, native French speaker, fluent English and German a serious asset
• 3 years of experience as a lawyer ideally in the banking field in Switzerland
• good knowledge of banking and financial products
• ability to draft legal documents, analytical spirit and communication ease
• organized, sense of service, solution-oriented and proactive
• Resident in Switzerland and available quickly for 7 months minimum
