Clerk Real Estate Accounting (50-60%)

Your main tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for rental properties and condominium associations
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of annual financial statements and interim financial statements
• Budgeting and cost allocation
• Rent and accounts receivable control
• Dunning and debt collection / collection
• Accounts payable and payment processing
• Ensuring correct and efficient processing of all accounting processes

These tasks can be taken over depending on interest and workload, but are not a requirement.

• Support in the marketing of real estate
• Organization of viewing appointments
• General administrative and assistant work
• Telephone and reception
• Support in office management

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting
• Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience with Immotop 2 mandatory
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent and exact way of working
• Service-oriented, reliable and resilient
• Friendly manners and ability to work in a team
• Personality with initiative and sense of responsibility
• Ideally from 25 years old
