What awaits you

• Placement of foster families for children and adolescents in cooperation with authorities and specialists
• Professional support of the foster families during the stay of children and adolescents as well as shaping the cooperation with the parents
• Case management including administrative tasks
• Participation in the further development of the offer

What distinguishes you

• Tertiary studies (University of Applied Sciences) in Social Work or a comparable field of study
• Advantageous: Further training in trauma pedagogy and systemic counseling or the willingness to complete these
• Interest in the foster care system
• Flexibility, initiative, resilience, reliability, and ability to work in a team
• Entrepreneurial attitude in a non-profit organization
• Driver's license Cat. B, minimum age 30 years
