The Réseau Santé Haut-Léman (RSHL) has the mission of offering the population of eastern Vaud and the Chablais valaisan a high-performance, coordinated and innovative regional healthcare system. In order to ensure the continuity of its financial and accounting activities, the RSHL is looking for a:

Finance and Accounting Specialist

Start date: 1 December 2026 or as agreed

Your mission ##

• Accounting and closings
• Budget management and management control
• Reporting and decision support for Management
• Relations with cantonal authorities, audit bodies and external partners

Your main responsibilities ##

• Ensure the functional responsibility of general and analytical accounting, in collaboration with administrative staff and external partners
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and ensure their monitoring as well as budget control
• Perform periodic closings and prepare annual accounts
• Guarantee the quality of analytical accounting and produce the financial information necessary for the steering of the institution
• Elaborate financial reports intended for Management
• Perform financial analyses, management indicators and dashboards
• Ensure the financial monitoring of specific projects and financings
• Coordinate relations with the fiduciary, auditors, cantonal authorities and other financial partners
• Provide functional supervision and support administrative staff involved in financial and accounting processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative, financial and internal control processes

Your profile ##

• Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or training deemed equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar function
• Excellent mastery of accounting and ability to work autonomously
• Very good knowledge of Excel and standard office tools
• Experience in the health or parapublic sector as well as knowledge of Opale bluePearl are assets
• Rigor, analytical spirit, sense of responsibility, discretion and interpersonal skills
