Winter Service Employees

For the upcoming winter season 2026/2027 we are looking for reliable and flexible

employees for our winter service in the region Bern to Thun

Your tasks:

• Snow removal on paths, squares and driveways
• Salting and spreading in case of ice and slipperiness
• Independent execution of the assigned operations
• Ensuring clean and safe surfaces

Your profile:

• Reliable and independent way of working
• Physical resilience and willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility for operations in snow and slipperiness
• Willingness for operations in the early morning, evenings as well as if required on weekends
• Driver's license Kat. B required
• Experience in winter service is an advantage, but not mandatory
