BALIK Lachs, described by most salmon lovers as the finest smoked salmon in the world, is produced exclusively according to a strictly guarded recipe, with great dedication and love for the craft, on a farm in the idyllic Toggenburg, more precisely in Ebersol. In this way, a product with the perfect harmony of salmon, salt and smoke is created in pure manual labor. All production steps are always carried out by hand – a true masterpiece.

Your tasks – more than just a job!

• Support and processing of personnel processes from entry to exit
• Maintenance and administration of personnel files as well as our HR management system
• Creation of employment contracts, certificates and attestations
• Preparation of the monthly payroll in cooperation with the payroll accounting
• Support in recruiting measures, appointment management and applicant communication
• Participation in HR projects for the further development of processes and structures
• Various administrative activities

Your profile – what you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of personnel
• Experience in personnel administration is an advantage
• Discretion, reliability and a high degree of service orientation
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
• motivated, resilient, flexible and open to further interesting tasks
• very good German skills in spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage

Own car is mandatory, no connection to public transport.
