Class Assistant / 1:1 Support (Entry Level / Cycle 1)

For our entry level, we are looking for a professional, skilled, and committed personality to individually accompany a boy on the autism spectrum through his school daily life. The focus is on creating a reliable, clearly structured learning environment that offers security and orientation. The employment is distributed over 4 working days.

Your activities

• Individual 1:1 support of a boy on the autism spectrum (ASD) in an individual setting tailored to his needs
• Support in the planning and independent preparation and design of structured learning and teaching sequences
• Accompanying participation in selected teaching offers and joint activities with other classes
• Collaboration with the class team and other involved specialists

Your profile

• Completed training in social pedagogy, as a specialist in care (FaBe) or comparable pedagogical qualification
• Experience in accompanying persons on the autism spectrum
• Sense of responsibility, resilience, and reliability
• An appreciative pedagogical attitude as well as confidence in dealing with challenging situations
