HR Assistant with Payroll Experience / Accounts Payable 80% (a)

To meet these requirements, we are looking for a responsible and independent:

HR Assistant with Payroll Experience / Accounts Payable 80% (a)

from January 2027 or by arrangement:

Tasks

• Sole management of the HR lifecycle from entry to exit
• Independent execution of monthly payroll runs as well as the annual closing
• Support in the recruitment of new employees
• Direct reporting to the CFO
• Contact person for employees and managers on all personnel-related matters
• Time and absence management, contact person for social insurance and authorities
• Participation in HR projects
• Coding and posting of accounts payable invoices including payment runs
• Vocational trainer for commercial apprentices
• Organization of employee events
• Assistance in marketing

Our expectations

• Several years of experience in payroll as well as in personnel administration
• Completed commercial training and further education in human resources and/or payroll
• Vocational trainer is an advantage or willing to obtain this
• High IT affinity
• Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software (Topas)
• Independent and reliable way of working
• High social competence, sense of responsibility and independence
