Your missions:

• Ensure geriatric and psychogeriatric nursing care according to current standards;
• Maintain effective and personalized communication with residents, their relatives, and the teams;
• Identify crisis situations and apply appropriate measures;
• Practice active listening, helping relationships, and relational care;
• Participate in the supervision and training of staff;
• Manage the administration and logistics of nursing care as well as the organization of the care unit.

Your profile:

• Diploma in general nursing or a foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross;
• Mastery of French (mother tongue or fluent use);
• Versatile, calm, patient, rigorous;
• Ability to make decisions and to effectively organize working time;
• Strong interest in human contact and teamwork.
