Mail Sorting Employee (m/f/d) 50-60% (Early and Late Shifts)

Introduction

For our renowned customer, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality for mail and shipment sorting in a 2-shift operation with a workload of 50-60%.
In this role, you will work together with your team to ensure that letters and other shipments are sorted correctly and prepared for further processing.

Tasks

• Sorting letters, newspapers, small goods, and small parcels
• Processing shipments by hand as well as with sorting machines
• Loading shipments into the machines and monitoring the sorting process
• Removing sorted shipments from the machines and distributing them into the designated containers and compartments
• Opening bundled shipments and preparing them for further processing
• Correctly providing shipments and forwarding them for further processing
• Checking sorted shipments for completeness and correct assignment

Profile

• Very good German skills (at least B1)
• Good physical condition, as the activity is predominantly performed standing up
• Reliable, careful, and concentrated way of working
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal record extract)
• Flexibility for assignments between 06:45 and 23:00 in a 2-shift operation
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Important: During the school holidays in the year 2026, no holiday leave is possible
