Junior Property Manager (M/F) - 80%

Join a first-class, modern, and agile real estate agency within a team of 40 people in Lausanne as a junior property manager.

Missions:

• Management of a mixed real estate portfolio alongside an experienced assistant manager
• Representation of the owner to tenants, authorities, and artisans
• General administrative management of the managed portfolio
• General follow-up of the rental process (termination, relocation etc.)
• Control and monitoring of the general condition of the buildings
• Management of concierges (hiring, follow-up, termination etc.)
• Preparation of reporting for owners

Your profile

• Completed training (CFC, Maturité etc.) and you perfectly master tenancy law
• Immo base, 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate agency management and the brevet is an asset
• Experience in managing a mixed portfolio
• Fluent French, knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• Willing, committed, possessing a collaborative spirit, customer-oriented
• You are a real estate pro and like to take on new challenges every day
