Requirements

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or as a Hauswart/in with eidg. Fachausweis - You work independently, efficiently, and responsibly - You possess a Category B driver's license - You have a friendly, customer-oriented appearance - You have very good German language skills - You have a well-groomed appearance

Field of activity

• Care and maintenance of properties - Various domestic services such as surroundings maintenance, repairs, maintenance and inspections in the HLKKS area, and cleaning - Reporting of work - On-call service - Store, maintain, and clean equipment correctly - Ensure access to buildings, for example, patching paths and clearing snow in winter - Mowing lawns, tending meadows, trimming hedges, raking leaves, weeding - Maintain contact with residents and employees in the building and ensure compliance with house rules
