Your mission:

• Preparation of brunch buffet / assistance with general mise en place work
• Preparation of the warm brunch dishes on Sunday
• Careful handling of food
• Independent and timely planning of orders with the chef de cuisine
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Assistance in achieving company goals

Your strengths:

• Professional experience in a comparable or similar function in high-end gastronomy
• Completed culinary training or comparable qualification
• Hands-on mentality with attention to detail and high quality awareness
• Joy in dealing with fresh and sustainable products
• Reliable and ambitious personality who is proud to be a cook
• Organized and efficient way of working
• Good German skills, English is an advantage
