You will join the Back Office Operations department and join a team specialized in the processing of securities operations related to investment funds. You will ensure the quality, reliability and compliance of operations, while ensuring close collaboration with internal teams and custodian banks. This position is to be filled as part of a temporary contract for a duration of one year, full time. Main missions * Process and analyze securities events received via SWIFT, mail and Telekurs. * Ensure the management of securities operations and coupons relating to investment funds. * Communicate precise and timely notifications to the Client Relationship Officers. * Perform reconciliations of cash and securities positions for all files. * Process instructions relating to voluntary operations and transmit them to the custodian banks. * Correctly record securities operations in the banking system. * Ensure the follow-up and resolution of incidents or questions related to securities operations. * Respond to requests from internal teams and custodian banks. * Perform daily controls and administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the activity. * Guarantee the integrity, reliability and compliance of operational processes. * Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and internal procedures. We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria: * Between three and five years of confirmed experience in the field of Corporate Actions. * Experience in the processing of operations relating to investment funds. * Fluent command of French and English, both spoken and written. * Good command of Microsoft Office, notably Excel. * Knowledge of SWIFT and cash and securities position reconciliation processes. * Knowledge of the Temenos Globus banking system constitutes an important advantage. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage a heavy workload. * Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. * Great rigor, autonomy and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and solution orientation. * Excellent team spirit and very good interpersonal skills.
