Car Delivery Advisor - Car Explainer (80%)

Your mission :

As a true guarantor of the final customer experience, you ensure the preparation, presentation and delivery of vehicles in compliance with the quality standards of the manufacturer and RRG. You ensure that each vehicle is delivered in impeccable condition and make the handing over of the keys a unique moment for our customers.

Your main responsibilities :

Preparation and management of vehicles:

• Receive new and used vehicles
• Participate in the preparation logistics for the display or delivery of vehicles
• Check the condition, compliance and equipment of the vehicles in connection with the orders
• Ensure the proper installation of non-original accessories not mounted
• Ensure the permanent cleanliness of the vehicles and exhibition spaces
• Perform photo shoots of vehicles intended for online posting
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the fleet of used, demonstration and rental vehicles

Delivery of vehicles:

• Organize and prepare vehicle handovers in compliance with quality standards
• Create a personalized presentation video before the delivery of the vehicle
• Present to customers all the features, equipment and novelties of the vehicle during the handing over of the keys
• Accompany customers in getting used to their vehicle and answer their questions
• Guarantee the availability, cleanliness and attractiveness of the delivery spaces
• Apply the manufacturer's procedures and quality standards at all times

Vehicle management & logistics:

• Perform vehicle convoys (deliveries, transfers, exhibitions, events or maintenance)
• Contribute to the enhancement of the vehicle fleet and the company's brand image
• Actively participate in events: trade fairs, private sales, commercial operations

Your profile

• Driver's license indispensable

Passion for automobiles and customer satisfaction orientation

• Sense of detail, organization and quality

Dynamic, motivated and conscientious personality, endowed with an excellent team spirit and very good interpersonal skills

Comfortable in French and English
