We are looking for the urban environment service for a Project manager -- waste at 80% ------------------------------------------------- Under the direction of the head of the urban environment service, you will participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of the waste management strategy at the municipal level and collaborate on the development of projects and actions related to the function. ### Your mission * You develop and implement projects and actions contributing to the achievement of the municipal waste management strategy, in compliance with the legal framework in force; * You analyze the adequacy of the means available, notably collection points, and propose improvement measures regarding equipment, collections or services; * You ensure the monitoring of service providers, collect and analyze field data in order to evaluate and improve services; * You participate in the implementation and operational, administrative and financial monitoring of specific and/or transversal projects; * You ensure the monitoring and invoicing of the tax related to business waste; * You participate in the development, monitoring and budgetary control of the items assigned to you; * You participate in the development of real estate projects (neighborhood plan, building, etc.) regarding the waste recovery aspect; * You contribute to the preparation and monitoring of calls for tenders, in compliance with public procurement regulations; * You inform, raise awareness and encourage residents, caretakers, companies and municipal services towards good practices in waste management and cleanliness.
