CURAVIVA Baselland represents the interests of elderly and nursing care institutions in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft as an industry association. We are committed to good political and economic framework conditions as well as to sustainable elderly care. We are the strong voice of our members, who, with 4'500 employees, provide a home to around 3'300 people.

For our office, we are looking for a technically skilled, conceptually strong, and independently working personality as Responsible for Professional Development & Projects, starting immediately.

Your task:
You are the central contact person for technical-content-related questions. You observe developments in elderly and long-term care, recognize their significance for the association, and develop from them foundations, political positions, technical dossiers, and concrete projects for the benefit of our members.

Your most important tasks:

• You process technical matters regarding care, financing, quality, and the further development of inpatient long-term care
• For this purpose, you analyze operational, regulatory, or care-policy developments and prepare statements, argumentation, and technical positions. In this way, you provide the Managing Director as well as the Board with the content-based foundation for political interest representation
• You recognize political developments, check their relevance for our members, and maintain personal exchange with authorities, partner organizations, and other specialists

What you bring with you:

• A degree at HF, FH, or University level in a relevant field such as healthcare, nursing, social sciences, public management, or health economics
• Professional experience in the health, elderly, social, or association sector as well as experience in the management or support of long-term projects
• Understanding of the connections between service providers, municipalities, canton, and other actors
• Very good conceptual and written skills, independent, structured, and pragmatic working, a winning appearance, as well as enjoyment of a small, versatile office
• Hands-on and ready to be available in the evenings for an event or a meeting if necessary
• Knowledge of elderly and long-term care in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft as well as political structures is an advantage, but not a requirement
