Accounting Clerk

For our client, a dynamic SME in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk 60-80% to start immediately or by arrangement. The position is being refilled due to a retirement. In a two-person team, you will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting and will be the contact person for the external fiduciary office. Flat hierarchies, a "Du" culture across all levels, as well as home office after the probationary period make this position particularly attractive.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including payment transactions and dunning management
• Responsibility for payroll including reporting personnel changes to the social security institutions
• Reconciling accounts as well as preparing monthly and annual financial statements and VAT returns
• You act as the interface to the external fiduciary office

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in accounting form your technical basis
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German, oral French skills are an advantage, as part of the clientele comes from French-speaking Switzerland
• You are proficient in MS Office, ideally bringing experience with MyFactory or comparable accounting software
• Your independent, exact, and reliable way of working distinguishes you; discretion in handling sensitive data is a matter of course for you
