For our customer in Sisseln, we are looking for an immediate and temporary assignment of approx. 2–3 months for a:

HSE / Hazardous Substance Management Employee (m/f/d) 50 - 100%

At the center of your activity is the recording and structured documentation of the raw materials, chemicals, and auxiliary materials used at the site. You collect the relevant information and ensure that the associated safety data sheets are procured, checked, and filed clearly.

What awaits you:

• Creating a complete overview of the raw materials, chemicals, and auxiliary materials used at the site
• Recording and structuring the relevant information in a central list
• Procuring, checking, updating, and systematic filing of the associated safety data sheets (SDS)
• Maintenance and structuring of HSE-relevant data and documentation
• Supporting the HSE team in complying with internal and legal requirements
• Ideally, creating operating instructions based on the existing safety data sheets

What distinguishes you:

• Completed commercial training (KV) or ongoing/completed training or studies in the field of natural sciences, chemistry, environment, or comparable
• Technical understanding and interest in topics related to chemicals, occupational safety, and hazardous substances
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Joy in gathering, checking, and clearly documenting information
• Committed personality as well as precise and careful way of working
• Experience in the HSE or hazardous substance area is an advantage, but not a must
