At Haus Arbos, we accompany and support people with a mental and/or mild cognitive impairment in their everyday lives. To complement our team, we are looking for a

Specialist in Care or Health 80-90% per 1. November 2026 or by arrangement ##

Your tasks:

• Resource-oriented, agogic accompaniment of residents in everyday life as well as in their individual needs
• Transparent and reflective cooperation at eye level with all people
• Taking over key person tasks and departments
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external bodies
• Participation in team meetings, specialist consultations, supervision etc.
• Documentation with modern IT tools and participation in future-oriented projects
• Support in personal hygiene
• Departmental responsibility for medical issues as well as for questions regarding medication

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Specialist in Health EFZ or as a Specialist in Care EFZ
• Several years of experience in dealing with people with challenging behaviors
• Sound knowledge of mental illnesses and their treatment
• Experience in dealing with people with challenging behaviors
• Strong professional and social competence
• Physical and mental resilience and flexibility in thinking and acting
• Patience and a good dose of humor
• Good IT application skills, stylish German, preferably driving license Cat. B
