We are looking for committed nursing professionals for a temporary assignment on an interdisciplinary ward in a hospital in Bern. Are you a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH who is used to integrating quickly into a new operation and supporting the team rapidly? Requirement profile ##

• You are a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH and are committed to professional patient care
• You are willing to complete an assignment of at least 3 months and mandatory experience in an acute hospital is required
• You enjoy taking responsibility and can adapt to rapidly changing patient situations
• Reliable and responsible way of working
• You are resilient and flexible and possess technical competence as well as teamwork skills

Tasks ##

• You face the daily challenges with the team and are committed to individual care even in demanding situations
• You care for patients after surgical procedures and take over postoperative care until discharge
• Delirium management and accident management are two important focuses of practice development that you enjoy working with
• Constructive and interprofessional cooperation
