For our clients, we are looking for experienced temporary payroll professionals to support the payroll department for a limited period and who are employed by Humanis AG during their assignment. Two temporary (Senior) Payroll Specialists, 80-100%

Your tasks

• Assistance with the processing of the payroll run and, if necessary, the year-end work
• Participation in the processing of withholding tax and social security statements
• Reports to social insurance and authorities (entries, exits, mutations, wage data)
• Processing of family allowances, loss of earnings and maternity compensation, etc.
• Processing of long-term absences and IV coordination including wage reductions

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the area of payroll
• Proficient in Swiss payroll accounting; taxes, social insurance and labor law
• Experience in a common ERP, good knowledge of Excel
• Personal responsibility, independent working, a high quality standard and an open error culture
• Native German, any further language is an advantage

The company offers

• Terms of employment: via Humanis AG at an hourly wage (42h/ week and 4 weeks holiday)
• PK: 50/50, KTG/UVG covered by Humanis AG
• Home-Office: determined by the client, after consultation and personal acquaintance
• Place of work: Bern and Zürich (different clients)
• Start: upon request of the client
