Your tasks
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings as well as the surroundings
Key management
Control and maintenance of medical equipment (beds, walkers etc.)
Carrying out small repairs and maintenance work
Responsibility for apartment acceptances/handovers
Cross-departmental support for smooth organization
Coordinating craftsmen / working
What you bring with you
Completed training as Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ
Several years of professional experience in facility management
Knowledge in dealing with Office
Driving license category B (on-call services)
good communication skills and the ability for effective interdisciplinary cooperation with external service providers
You are diplomatic, discreet and have a good sense for elderly people
You master the German language securely in spoken and written form.
