Your tasks

• Global care and support of guests in accordance with our care concept and care process
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care
• Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI for the assigned guests
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Taking charge of daily responsibility
• Taking charge of tasks as a thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the group network for quality of care

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC
• Professional experience in long-term care an asset
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to follow these courses (covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
