Your tasks

• Support in recruitment and induction of employees
• Cleaning of resident rooms as well as public areas and offices
• Coordination and monitoring of daily cleaning work incl. compliance with area times
• Leadership and training of approximately 22 employees
• Adherence to the specified safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
• Conducting quality controls
• Communication with the customer
• Deputy of the facility management in case of absence

Your profile

• Good oral and written German skills
• Service orientation, independence and flexibility
• Experience in cleaning or hospitality is an advantage
• Leadership experience
• PC skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Foreign applicants require a valid settlement permit C or
• B permit with gainful employment
