Project and Promotion Officer at 80%
within the Culture and Training service.
Your main missions
Participate in the development of the City's cultural policy by analyzing potentials, proposing new axes and contributing to their implementation;
Elaborate and ensure the monitoring of thematic projects in coherence with the City's cultural policy;
Organize and coordinate cultural events supported by the City;
Coordinate public and private partners involved in cultural projects and events;
Ensure the communication of the Culture section and develop its promotion tools and devices, notably digital ones;
Promote cultural activities;
Collaborate closely with cultural actors, City services, subsidy organizations, partner communes as well as the Office du Tourisme.
Your profile
You hold a university degree (bachelor's, master's, degree in cultural management) or a degree deemed equivalent by a Swiss university;
You have confirmed experience in the planning and management of cultural projects as well as in the field of cultural promotion;
You use digital communication tools, usual IT tools and project management tools with ease;
French speaking or mastering it perfectly, you have good knowledge of German; knowledge of another national language and/or English constitutes an asset;
Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are comfortable in your interactions with actors from the cultural and artistic world;
Autonomous and flexible, you demonstrate a sharp sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and a real capacity to unite people around projects.
Constitutes assets: a specialization in cultural management, project management or public policy planning as well as knowledge in data processing and accounting.
