Requirements

• You have completed training as a specialist in facility management EFZ or as a caretaker with a federal certificate of proficiency - You work independently, efficiently, and responsibly - You possess a category B driver's license - You have a friendly, customer-oriented appearance - You have very good German language skills - You have a well-groomed appearance

Field of activity

• Care and maintenance of properties - Various domestic services such as grounds maintenance, repairs, maintenance and inspections in the HVAC area and cleaning - Reporting of work - On-call service - Storing, maintaining and cleaning equipment correctly - Ensuring access to buildings, for example patching paths and clearing snow in winter - Mowing lawns, maintaining meadows, trimming hedges, raking leaves, weeding - Maintaining contact with residents and employees in the building and ensuring compliance with house rules
