Villars Loisirs et Tourisme SA is a company with about fifty employees distributed across three sites: the Office du Tourisme, the Centre des Sports des Tennis, and the Centre des Sports Patinoire, Piscine & Fitness. It is responsible for the proper operation of sports activities and ensures the information, promotion, as well as the tourist development of the resort, in collaboration with partners.

In order to complete the Patinoire team, we are looking for a:

Operations Agent

Your missions:

• Operate the resurfacer and ensure the routine maintenance of the ice and infrastructures
• Set up equipment and ensure its storage (assembly and disassembly of equipment, on-ice and off-ice)
• Manage the locker room, ensure the rental of skates and ancillary equipment
• Perform small maintenance tasks and routine upkeep of equipment and installations
• Welcome, inform, and ensure the safety of customers
• Carry out various cleaning and maintenance tasks in compliance with hygiene standards
• Ensure the technical monitoring and water treatment of the swimming pool

Your profile:

• CFC in a technical field or experience deemed equivalent
• Ease in operating vehicles or machines (operating a resurfacer, an asset) and a valid driver's license
• Good notions of mechanics and a strong interest in practical and manual work
• Flexibility in schedules (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
• Mastery of French (English an asset)
• Brevet Pro Pool and BLS-AED, an asset
• Swiss nationality or valid residence permit

Practical information:

• Start date: immediately or to be agreed, for an indefinite term contract of 60 to 80%
• Irregular hours according to the seasons including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
