Under the roof of RaJoVita, the foundation for health and aging of the city of Rapperswil-Jona, we create living spaces in which older people feel safe, secure and at home. In our two care centers Meienberg and Bühl, in the Bürgerspital elderly and nursing home as well as in the Porthof nursing apartment, we accompany and care for 175 people in need of care personally and with much heart. The Grünfels daycare center and the Spitex complement our versatile range of services and enable comprehensive support – both inpatient and outpatient.

Around 355 employees are committed every day to offering our residents and our clients individual, need-oriented and loving care and nursing. In doing so, the person, their life story and their personal needs are always at the center for us.

Your tasks

• You are our first contact person on the telephone and at the reception
• You process telephone inquiries or forward them
• You ensure the flow of information between customers, nursing staff and team leaders
• You process new registrations and record master data
• You support in deployment planning

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training (KV), training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Healthcare Assistant (FaGe) with a strong affinity for IT and you enjoy telephone exchange with different professional groups
• You think service-oriented, entrepreneurial and are a team player
• You have a natural talent for networked thinking
• You maintain calm and an overview even in hectic moments
• You are flexible from Monday – Friday, during the usual office hours
