You will join a team dedicated to quality care and the well-being of residents in LTC. You will be responsible for:

• Providing various nursing care (routine care, specific techniques, personalized support).
• Actively participating in the development and monitoring of projects and individualized care.
• Ensuring benevolent communication with residents, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensuring the application of care and hygiene protocols.

Profile ###

YOUR PROFILE

• HES Bachelor or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Experience in LTC appreciated
• Ability to adapt and reactivity
• Interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork
• Available for short and medium-term missions
