The Gstaad Palace with over 100 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally known 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels - a landmark of Switzerland.

We are looking for a Chef de partie Pâtisserie (m/f) for a fixed-term employment (winter season 2026/2027) starting approx. mid-December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Carrying out all work in the production area according to quality and leadership guidelines
• Preparation, processing and plating of all desserts, cakes and small pastries according to instructions and consultation with the Chef Pâtissier
• Provision of the required Mise-en-place
• Compliance with kitchen standards as well as hygiene regulations
• Proper storage of all food items
• Care and cleaning of all work areas and work equipment
• Compliance with all HACCP guidelines

What defines you:

• You have completed vocational training as a Konditor/ Confiseur
• You have already been able to gain initial professional experience as 2. Chef Pâtissier in first-class establishments
• In addition to your quality awareness, you are characterized by flexibility, resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm
• Communication in German and/or French, other languages an advantage
